Holiday Food Baskets and Toys for the Urban Poor... Can you help? Will you help?
Little ones running through the yard, climbing the leafless fig trees, sitting still, and gazing with wonder at the lighted Nativity Scene. That’s Christmas at LAMB Ministries. Learning about the great mystery of the Incarnation of Deity, God the Son, who became a human being on that first Christmas. And, deciding to trust in him alone for eternal life. That’s Christmas. That’s the reason for the Season, Christmas. He is the Gift.
The clear Gospel message is the purpose of LAMB. This Fall several of our youngest Bible Study attendees put faith alone in Christ alone. Now they and the others will participate in our yearly outreach to others who do not attend LAMB Bible Studies. Every Christmas we give surprise filled Christmas Stockings to friends and family members of our Bible Study attendees and hams or turkeys to their moms for their Christmas tables. Our purpose is to reach new people with the Clear Gospel and to encourage them in their faith. Many have trusted Jesus Christ through this ministry. And, since this giving ministry is led by the young people themselves, it is effective in teaching our LAMB Kids how to share the Gospel clearly and without fear. It is our favorite time of the year!
Please pray for LAMB Ministries as we set out on a blessed adventure (this time wearing masks), sharing the greatest gift of all to as many people as possible this Christmas Season to bring peace on Earth and goodwill to all men! We usually go to 15-20 homes with 25-30 hams or turkeys for moms and about 50-60 stockings for kids! Thanks to all who have through prayers and giving have made this truly wonderful opportunity for Christ possible.
? We are so grateful to the Lord for all who pray, volunteer, and donate to LAMB Ministries. We have continued to safely meet with wonderful people throughout each week and on the Radio to proclaim God’s wonderful Word! Please continue to support and to pray for our Ministry as we seek to serve the Lord in this, His city, New Orleans. If you have any prayer requests, please let us know. LAMB could not continue without you, and we are all together in this great evangelistic and healing Kingdom work of reaching as many as possible for Christ before He returns! MARANATHA!
