? The POSITIVE SIDE of ☠️ Corona Morona, the Silver Lining in the Clouds!
While we are at home ? with time on our hands, there is a counter, to the Rat Race in which we live. ? Please see these following 7 bright, healthy, and positive salient points:
Family: This is giving us quality time opportunities with our families to build Intimacy and to get to know them better than we’ve known them before... to love them and help them and their various challenges. The family was given by God as an example of His heavenly family. ?
2- Thoughtful Meditation: While we have all of this quiet time, it will allow us to think about the more important things in life, the higher purpose for us all. ?
3- Heaven: Because we are facing death, we are thinking more seriously about eternity, Heaven or Hell, and where will we go. Where will you go? ?
4- Our Money $: Because many of us are being financially strained, this could create a much greater understanding of budgeting, frugality, prudence, faith, hope, and humility to develop and keep for the rest of our lives. ?
5- Medical: The urgent demands from COVID-19 are causing the scientific and medical community ? to find solutions in a more time efficient and aggressive manner than before! Because of this, they will probably come up with some great plans to prevent this in the future, or at least produce some very effective cures. Remember the Great Physician!✌️
6- Patriotism / Our Government: We could be having a national awakening concerning our matchless Constitution and the need to preserve it and the civil liberties it guarantees us… that we will no longer take it for granted, but learn to stand for it and protect it! “Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty!” Thomas Jefferson
7- Societal Redemption: As in the days of our American founding fathers, we could also have a universal and great spiritual revival which was called the Great Awakening in the mid 18th century! Benjamin Franklin recorded this event with great amazement, and became great friends with one of its leaders, Rev George Whitfield. Spiritual awakenings have often times come on the heals of great troubles, and in the case of our ancestors were often met with calls for prayer, fasting, and the humiliation of their souls! Many historians considered that time to be the major cause for giving the patriots the courage and wisdom to affect America’s independence and liberty. During the revolution, two common battle cries were “No king but King Jesus!” and “Where the Spirit of Christ is, there is liberty!” Perhaps we will do it again!
So, take no worries concerning this Chinese killer pandemic, as God always provides a way! ?
The True Power of Positive Thinking: “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.” Philippians 4:6-9 ? What have we been doing during the COVID-19 nationwide shut down?
Please note our very busy past two months long LAMB Corona Accounting...
Remote operations: Many, many Phone calls, texts, emails, and Facebook and Twitter posts for the express purpose of communicating the clear Gospel, prayer chains, prayer calls, and Bible teaching and counseling, and fund raising.
Get Togethers: We held eight bi weekly very small (4-5) group meetings and dinners.
Visits: We made 23 personal Visits for food, clothing, and Gospel tract distributions, prayer meetings.
Radio: LAMB continued with our weekly hour long 7 shows.
All of this occurred in LAMB Ministries during the COVID-19 shut down for the purpose of spreading and preaching the clear Gospel and Bible focused teaching.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. I Thessalonians 5:18
