The Great Commission Kingdom Ministry Continues
Even with Coronavirus ☠️ on the prowl, LAMB Ministries has been on the March for Jesus Christ. We have not slowed down reaching people with the Clear Gospel of Love. Meeting more often with smaller groups, is working well. Three year old Ezekiel has joined his three big brothers (Elias, Eli, and Elisha) in coming to our Wednesday night Bible Study and dinner. They are third generation LAMB Kids. And, their Grandmother, Mrs Nel, comes with them every week! Ezekiel is listening, just like his five year old brother, Elisha. Our Child Evangelism training has come in handy as we try to reach these two small boys for Christ. They may have believed already. Elisha always answers that he has believed on Jesus. Their parents, Grandparents, brothers, aunts, and uncles have all trusted Christ. We are glad that the “...the Gospel of Christ is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth....” (Romans 1:16) Tiny children can believe and receive God’s free love gift of everlasting life. And the eternal life that God gives freely through faith alone in Christ alone which He will never take away. Hebrews 13:5 tells us, “...for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” Never! We are waiting for tiny Ezekiel and Elisha to tell us that they have believed that Jesus died for them, and rose from the dead. We want to know that they are both part of God’s Forever Family!
Early on in our Covid time warp, there were nights when we took groups to the Lakefront for picnic dinners and Bible Studies. We still enjoy taking small groups of kids there for Bible Study events. “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handiwork.” (Psalms19:1) The beauty and the peace there bless and encourage us, all. We are hoping for a day at the beach before school starts again.
Hy is working diligently on his politically incorrect Pro America Christian Radio Talk Show, The Founders’ Show, which airs on 99.5 FM WRNO Radio (iHeart Media) every Sunday morning from 8:00-9:00 AM and also on WSLA, AM 1560 & FM 93.9, throughout the week. He explains the Gospel clearly every Sunday to a very large audience as the #1 Arbitron rated weekend show! Many have told us that they listen regularly to the Show, and that they have trusted Christ through it. That is the reason for LAMB Ministries to invest in 7 one hour long radio programs every week.
Our Monday night Bible Study dinner for business, professional, and retired adults has also continued to meet during the crazy nationwide shut down. Like our Wednesday House Church dinner Bible study for Urban Youth, we are very careful to observe Coronavirus rules. Masks and small numbers, under 10 people, rule the night. Recently, a generous friend donated money for our piano to be moved to the grownup area in the front of our Ministry Center Home. One of our favorite people is a Concert pianist and she has volunteered to play for our Monday night Bible Study Dinner so that we can worship the Lord in song together! All glory to God! Thanks to these wonderful, giving folks!
LAMB joined with Child Evangelism Fellowship for our Summer Gospel Blitz week in July! It was really successful, and at least 46 young people trusted Christ for the first time. Rev. Jerry Purtel’s Summer Missionaries In Training for Evangelism (SMITE) with 7 teams of trained and committed teenagers in groups of two in a NOLA Blitz taught Bible Clubs to kids all over the Greater New Orleans area at three locations per Team per day. It was a joyous week of evangelism, and brought great glory to God. We would like to pay special notice and offer thanks to Celebration Church and Crescent City Christian School who partnered with us for our citywide evangelistic blitz this past July! We would also like to pay special notice and again offer our thanks to four very important volunteers in our youth and adult ministry Bible studies. They are Mr. Roy, Mr. Mark, Mrs. Milla, and Mrs. Elise. Thank you, all, so very much for all the great work that you do. You, all, are so very special and helpful in the work that LAMB Ministries does.

? We are so grateful to the Lord for all who pray, volunteer, and donate to LAMB Ministries. We have continued to safely meet with wonderful people throughout each week and on the Radio to proclaim God’s wonderful Word!
